She grew up in the Ivory Coast, began working in hotel restaurant services in London before taking off on a true trip around the world (Luxembourg, Singapore, Russia, Libya, Tunisia), with her husband, who also works in the hospitality industry.
During a stopover in France, Isabelle went back to training, an activity that she had already worked in with the InterContinental group, her first employer, in a hotel management school in Brittany. At that time she was training adults and young adults.

Then her family moved to Bangkok in 2014. Just by luck, Vatel Bangkok was looking for a person to manage its application restaurant and coffee shop. And Isabelle had the ideal profile.
Today, she shares her passion with us:
For me this job is a true passion and I appreciate the fact that I can
share and explain to the younger generations both the complexities and the
different opportunities that our line of work has. I’m always happy to go to
work each day. Here we’ve got a great team and we teach this frame of mind to
our students, who are enthusiastic. I also take part in French student fairs,
such as the one that the French International Lycee holds in Bangkok.”
